Bance, an avid dancer with a rich history in the art form, discovered that many talented individuals with extraordinary potential were being held back by financial constraints. Surrounded by skilled dancers unable to afford tuition, they faced the heartbreaking reality of being excluded from performances and activities that could enhance their craft.

This realization sparked a deep sense of empathy and a commitment to create positive change. DRAD Entertainments Majorette Dance Competitions emerged not only as a platform for extraordinary dance competitions but as a beacon of hope and opportunity for those facing barriers to entry.
